Holiday forces early deadlines

Mon., Sept. 4 is Labor Day, which creates early deadlines for the Acorn issues of Sept. 7 and 8.

Letters to the editor and press releases for the Sept. 7 and 8 editions must be received by 11 a.m. Thurs., Aug. 31. Real estate advertising must also be reserved no later than 11 a.m. Thurs., Aug. 31.

The deadline for display ads is 11 a.m. Fri., Sept. 1.
