Bridal show coming

ELEGANT ATTIRE-In addition to bridal gowns and tuxedos, mother-of-the-bride and flower girl fashions will be shown at the Bridal Premier Bridal Show on Sun., Aug. 20 at the Hyatt Westlake Plaza. The event will showcase more than 65 vendors. Couples planning a wedding are invited to the Bridal Premier Bridal Show from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sun., Aug. 20 at the Hyatt Westlake Plaza, 880 S. Westlake Blvd., Westlake Village.

The event is also for those planning bar or bat mitzvahs and other special events.

More than 65 vendors from throughout Ventura County and Los Angeles will display the latest in fashions and wedding trends. Vendors will include bakeries, caterers, DJs, florists, invitations, photographers, live music, videographers, wedding locations, hotels and restaurants, travel agencies, bridal salons, tuxedo shops, wedding planners, limo services, favors and more

Fashion shows will be presented at 12:30 and 3 p.m., with bridal attire and evening wear from David's Bridal, After-hours Formalwear and Friar Tux Tux Shops.

Janelle Franco will coordinate the fashion show, with commentary and music by Total Quality Music.

Door prizes will be offered, including a drawing for a $2,000 gift card.

The cost is $8 per person at the door and $6 online at www.bridalpremiere.com.
