Passionate about developing and maintaining client relationships, Lisa McMillan recently hosted a fun and relaxing dinner party.

As the lights dimmed and candles were lit, Aviara Real Estate turned into a quaint neighborhood bistro, the celebration of success for Lisa McMillan began. Benise, a local flamenco jazz guitarist, set the mood for great conversations and friendship. Dinner was catered by D'Amores Italian and McMillan's clients were treated to a night of fun and good wine as she celebrated her recent move to Aviara Real Estate.

Appreciation of her clients is tantamount to McMillan's success in the

real estate community and it was evidenced by her client appreciation night. It was a sterling example of the red carpet treatment she provides during her real estate transactions. Her clients are first and foremost in her career path.

Aviara Real Estate, who has solidly built its reputation on integrity and ethics, was the perfect fit for McMillan. In a company where agents are selected based on these factors, it was an easy decision for Aviara and a welcomed association. Through out the evening, owners of Aviara stopped in to also celebrate an extraordinary addition to their company. A toast was given to a successful match for McMillan and Aviara.

McMillan currently holds the position of program director and secretary for the Women's Council of Realtors, is a member of the Rules and Compliance committee at the Conejo Board of Realtors and is held in a high esteem throughout her profession for her approachable, knowledge sharing, attitude in the industry.

McMillan takes the time to give back to her community and her profession, and adopts the same format of dedication to her clients. McMillan genuinely enjoys helping people capitalize on their real estate opportunities.
