The sweet taste of victory

COOL CUL-DE-SAC-Residents of Parkview Court in Agoura Hills enjoy their Dreyer's Neighborhood Salute ice cream block party, awarded to them because of a short essay written by one of the neighbors on why their culde-sac deserved the firstclass dessert. The essay was one of 1,500 winners across the country.
