Learn robotics at summer camp

The second annual Conejo Valley Robotics Camp will be from Mon. to Fri., Aug. 7 to 11 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts, 403 W. Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks.

The camp is divided into age groups for youth 7 to 10 and 11 to 14 and will use California Science Standards to create robots, robotic creatures and robotic vehicles. Math, science and engineering skills will be emphasized.

Participants will be using Robotix kits.
