Vollmer is new vice president

Valerie Vollmer The National Association of Catering Executives named Valerie Vollmer, the catering sales manager of the Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village, as the national second vice president for NACE.

Vollmer is responsible for the educational content for more than 30 seminars and keynote speakers at the organization's annual educational conference.

NACE was founded in 1958 and is the oldest and largest professional association for the industry and its suppliers. The organization has 43 chapters
