Former mayor celebrates

WEDDING BELLS-Former Agoura Hills City Manager David Carmany, left, former Mayor Jack Koenig and former Assistant City Manager Felicity Kidd celebrate at the wedding of Koenig's son, Alan, to Anna Slatinsky on July 15 in New York. A reception for the newlyweds will be on Sun., July 30 at the Koenigs' home in Agoura Hills.
