Input needed on coastal plan

The Los Angeles County Department of Regional Planning is seeking community input on the preliminary draft of the Santa Monica Mountains Local Coastal Program. The plan will result in zone changes and development standards that will affect most properties in the coastal zone. Documents are available to re
