Opposed to Agoura Village

The Agoura Hills City Council abused its discretion in approving Agoura Village. They were entrusted to enforce Agoura Hills Municipal Code laws which mandate a semirural project. Instead they spend over $300,000 on an urban disaster with 45-foot-high buildings in front of Ladyface Mountain, traffic gridlock, plus a smog, pollution and crime generator of a development.

Not only did they misrepresent the size of the project, they ignored the law to put any project that affects the designation of open space to a vote of the people.

It is sad the council members could not see past their own greed.
