Westlake Village celebrates America's birthday

ALL TOGETHER-Cub Scout Pack 3785 from White Oak Elementary School leads the Westlake Village Fourth of July Parade, sponsored by the Westlake Junior Women's Club. The parade meandered down Agoura Road and Lakeview Canyon Road and finished at Bennett Park.
