the Leonis Adobe, Doris Butler and Joan Heller visit in front of a wooden stove built in 1875. The home, probably constructed in the 1840s, is officially designated as an historical cultural monument. The buildings and grounds at 23537 Calabasas Road in Calabasas are open from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
