Protocol Agency, Inc. of Westlake Village has announced that Paul Shepard has joined the company as national director of professional services.

Shepard brings more than 20 years experience as an executive search consultant recruiting for SOX, audit, Tax, Finance, IT and C-level positions. Shepard's business experience includes working with Fortune 1,000 companies as a management consultant, and as a manager overseeing four divisions for a venture capital firm.

Protocol is a full service staffing company with offices in Westlake Village and Encino, primarily serving the accounting, finance, information technology, entertainment and banking industries.
