Outstanding AHS Seniors
Jenna Grossman is a hard working student who loves to be involved in school activities. A firm believer in the importance of service, Grossman has served in student government for two years and is this year's senior vice president. A member of the girls' water polo team, Grossman is also a leader of the school's Fellowship of Christian Athletes Club. She plans to work her way through college, and aspires to become a teacher. She will attend Grossmont College in San Diego. Jenna Grossman After volunteering 50 summer hours at Kaiser Permanente, Daniel Choi knows that he wants to pursue a career in medicine. Although Choi is a top student and graduated with a 4.1 grade point average, he believes in a balanced approach to life. Choi volunteered as a youth volleyball coach for six seasons. He is also the editor for the opinion section of his church magazine, called M-Pact magazine. He will attend the University of California at Irvine. Daniel Choi With a 4.4 grade point average and a 2270 SAT score, Rashell Khan will attend UCLA in the fall with plans to major in political science. Khan's experience on Agoura High's mock trial team piqued her interest in constitutional law. She plans to earn a law degree, but may forgo the lawyer's life and use her legal expertise as a foundation for a career in diplomacy and international relations. As president of the school's tutoring center, Khan's academic achievements have been helpful to scores of students. Rashell Khan "It was going all wrong at Andrew Pevaner was a member of Agoura High's nationally ranked baseball team for four years and his athletic skill caught the attention of Johns Hopkins University recruiters. He will attend the school in the fall and looks forward to continuing in the sport that he has come to love over 13 years.
