Ryan and Linda Mills

For more than two decades, Linda and Ryan Mills have been residents of the Conejo Valley, and are active members of the community. CERT is all about neighbors helping neighbors. It's a community emergency response team, trained in first aid, CPR, search and rescue, and triage. They can aid anyone needing assistance during a crisis.
