White Oak students present memory quilt

THE GIFT-Talia Fiance, White Oak Elementary School's fifth-grade class president, presents a quilt to the school at last week's culmination ceremony. Every fifthgrade student at the Westlake school created a square memorializing their favorite memory of their time at the school. Outdoor Education was a popular choice for inspiration. The quilt tradition was started three years ago by Talia's brother, Jeremy, when he served as class president.
