Prudential California Realty held its annual awards banquet on the morning of Feb. 24 at the Spanish Hills Country Club. The phenomenal team of Sigi Ulbrich and Pam Moran were in the limelight that day.

These upper echelon power hitters have long been recognized as two of the most influential real estate professionals at Prudential California Realty, as

well as in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. This year was no exception. They earned the Prudential Chairman's Circle Diamond award, the highest designation possible, for superlative production in 2005. Having achieved Chairman's Circle for 10 years, they also joined the elite 10-year Legend Award honorees. Once more among the top 20 agents in Prudential California Realty for last year, ranking in first place, they again became members of the prestigious Gibraltar Circle. Awards of this magnitude are a yearly achievement for Ulbrich and Moran.

Annual awards are not the only honors attained by the team. Ulbrich and Moran won the award for top lister from Prudential California Realty's North Ranch/ Westlake Village office for January, February and March 2006. They were top lister in March, April, May, June, July, August, September and November, and top producer in January, February, April, May, September and October.

Ulbrich and Moran have 57 combined years of experience in real estate, and have been established industry leaders since 1977.
