Bond support has been appreciated

On behalf of the Board of Education, the staff members, and especially the children of the Las Virgenes School District (current and future), I want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the voters for their support of Measure G.

While the tireless efforts of our Campaign Committee headed by Tracy Friedl, Leslie Petersil and Jill Gaines certainly paid off - it is more important to note that the 64 percent "yes" vote is the most telling statement that can be made regarding this community's commitment to public education and the children who live here.

As a school district, we are appreciative and honored by the trust and confidence you have placed in us to continue to deliver quality programs and facilities to our students and our community.
