IRIS ROMANOWSKI-SMOOT/Acorn Newspapers PERSONAL GIFT-Melinda Grieger holds a mirror so Gabrielle Diller, 7, of Calabasas can inspect her freshly cut hair. Inspired by Amalia Reina, a local teen figure skater with leukemia, the event benefitted Locks of Love, a nonprofit organization that provides hair prosthetics for children with hair loss due to illness. Activities were held last Saturday at the Easy Street Arena in Simi Valley.
