Jackie LaGasse

In April, real estate professional Jackie LaGasse received Top Sales honors at Prudential California Realty's North Ranch/Westlake Village office. She also took the Top Sales award in December 2005. Monthly awards are not LaGasse's only achievements. At the company's annual awards banquet in February, she received the elite Chairman's Circle Gold for her superior productivity last year. This places her in the top percentage of Prudential agents nationwide.

Recently, LaGasse earned her eCertified designation, one of the most powerful communications and marketing certifications available. This innovative, exclusive designation recognizes members of the Prudential Network who are competent using the Internet and technology. The curriculum was designed to teach about technology and how to apply it to the real estate profession. It greatly increases LaGasse's communication power with her clients.

As a designated fine homes specialist, LaGasse has extensive expertise in fine homes, estates, and upper-tier properties. There is also a natural tiein for her as a resort property and second home expert, and LaGasse has a great deal of personal experience in this particular area. She has close family and business ties to several Colorado cities: Vail, Beaver Creek, Glenwood Springs, Aspen and the Western Slope. LaGasse is also an MLS member in Mammoth Lakes, and her family owns property there. LaGasse said, "We love the mountains and spend lots of time between Colorado and Mammoth."

Native Californian LaGasse has lived in the Conejo Valley for 30 years, and is a true area expert. Her mother, Katie Baird, was a successful agent in the Conejo, and set a wonderful precedent with a sterling reputation and a superb n e t w o r k . I n i t i a l l y, LaGasse chose a separate career path and has her bachelor's of science in business administration, but she is now a highly successful realtor herself.

At the community level, LaGasse is an active member and volunteer for KCLU, the local NPR station at CLU, and also volunteers with Toys for Tots. She is a third-grade catechism teacher at St. Paschal Baylon Catholic Church. LaGasse, her husband and three children live in Wildwood.

LaGasse's slogan says it all: "My priorities are simple-they're yours." She can be reached at (818) 597-453
