Panorex was established in 1989 by Eli Tene as a commercial real estate brokerage boutique. Sensing that the market had reached its peak, the company prepared itself for the upcoming challenges. Having developed strong ties with buyers, sellers, banks and other lending institutions, the company specialized in negotiating transactions for distressed properties and other assets that required creative financial solutions. Over a period of four years, the Panorex team negotiated more than 1,000 such transactions. The rapid growth in both the number of transactions and their diversity brought about the need for expanding the services to our clients. Placing ourselves at the head of the pack, we established affiliated companies which offer an array of complementary services. This has made Panorex a one-stop shop for all our clients' needs.

Over the years, many relationships have developed with major corporations, lawyers, accountants, REITs, banks, title and escrow companies. The combination of strong relationships with industry professionals and our expertise was the driving force in providing a quality service, second to none, for our clients.

We believe that real estate is the safest, most financially rewarding of all investments. Although a bold statement, it is well documented that real estate, even during times of severe economic hardship, can provide financial stability and security to its owners.
