St. Paul to host VBS for children

St. Paul Lutheran Church will host "Fiesta: Where Kids Are Fired Up About Jesus," from 9 a.m. to noon from Mon. through Fri., July 10 through 14 at the church, 30600 Thousand Oaks Blvd., Agoura Hills.

Children will also take part in a mission project for needy children in Latin American countries.

Children in third, fourth and fifth grades are invited to attend at no cost.

The program includes Biblebased activities such as songs, teamwork-building games, snacks, crafts and collecting Bible Memory Buddies.

"Fiesta is an exciting way for kids to learn more about Jesus' love," said Judy Bader, the St. Paul Children's Ministry director.

Each day concludes with a Fiesta Finale celebration presented to family and friends at 11:30 a.m.
