Terry Moerler

Apprentice Foundation announced that highly respected local realtor Terry Moerler of Aviara Real Estate, Westlake Village, has accepted the foundation's invitation to serve as an advisor and be part of the official judging panel for the 2006 season's III and IV of the Real Estate Apprentice Grant Program.

The foundation is the only public benefit corporation of its kind in the real estate industry that provides real estate education, products and services free of charge to rookie agents. The foundations' mission is to assist and ameliorate newly-licensed agents in expediting a fast track to a successful real estate career.

The grant program is open to all new real estate agents that are U.S. or Canadian citizens or legal residents who have taken or will be taking a real estate licensing course or becoming licensed during each six-month grant season. See dates and details at www.realestateapprentice.com/ dates.cfm.

leadership and is enormous in her knowledge and in her efforts to give back to the industry," said Stefan Swanepoel, founder and executive director of the foundation. "We are indeed fortunate and honored to have Ms. Moerler as part of the special group that will be choosing the real estate apprentice grant prize winners and finalists for 2006.

The grant is worth more than $125,000.

Moerler has been a successful local realtor since 1979. She, along with the help of her dedicated support team, has helped more than 2,000 individuals and families achieve their real estate goals. Moerler is a former bank loan officer, income tax practitioner and also speaks both nationally and internationally, sharing her real estate knowledge with her peers in exchange for charity dollars that she donates to local charities. So far, she has donated more than $50,000.
