DEAR FRED Is there anything out there that makes cleaning stone floors easier. We thought using a natural stone with lots of texture and groves would be great for pets and children. The floors are so hard to clean with all the pits and groves. Dirt loves to get trapped in there. I have been on my hands and knees with a scrubber. Is there an easier way?
TIRED OF
SCRUBBING IN
NORTH RANCH
DEAR TIRED, I carry some great products that will make your life easier when dealing with your floors. The first one is to eliminate working on your hands and knees. I carry a system that consists of a household size mop bucket and wringer that is of commercial quality. The bucket is on casters, has a geared wringing system, and is a perfect size for the home. It includes a commercial quality mop that will stand up to the most abrasive of floors and it has a built-in scrub pad for those stubborn areas. The mop is replaceable and is interchangeable with a variety of brushes, including grout brushes and swivel deck brushes that would allow you to scrub the floor and grout while standing up. I recommend getting your floor clean using Fred's Rinse Free and water, this Neutral PH cleaner will safely clean your floor with out leaving residue that will attract dirt. If your floor hasn't been sealed recently, I recommend you consider doing that after you thoroughly clean your floor.
DEAR FRED: Please tell me what is going wrong with my stainless steel appliances. They are very sticky. What can I use on them that wont build up?
STICKY IN
THOUSAND OAKS
DEAR STICKY, I am not sure what you are using on your stainless steel, but most products out there don't work. This sticky residue can be a result of what you have been putting on it. Lucky for you I have a stainless steel product that actually works! Not only that it is extremely easy to use, simply spray it on and wipe it, no need to go with the grain and no hard buffing, all without streaking or getting sticky. If you are only encountering this sticky problem around your stove or hood then your problem could be from grease. If this is the case then I recommend cleaning these areas with Fred's Citrus Clean and following with Fred's Stainless Steel Polish.
