The award for top lister and top sales from Prudential California Realty's Oxnard/Channel Islands office for March went to award-winning husband and wife team, Michael and Arleen Delgado.

At the company's annual banquet in February, the Delgados were the shining stars of the morning. First, the company's Relocation Department awarded them with the Top Outgoing Referring Agent award. Next, they took the 2005 Award of Excellence, given to only one agent or team per year, for their sterling profes

sionalism. With their award of Chairman's Circle Platinum, they now rank among the best Prudential agents nationwide. In the top 20 for the year at Prudential California Realty, the Delgados also joined the elite Gibraltar Circle. Annual awards were accompanied by unprecedented monthly honors for the Oxnard/Channel Islands office in 2005, as they took top lister in February, April, May, June and July; top sales in April, May and December; and top producer in February, June, July, September and November.
