Cathy Holbrook of Prudential California Realty's Thousand Oaks office won the award for top producer for March.

An award-winning realtor with over 18 years experience in sales, management, marketing and finance, Holbrook shares her knowledge with clients, then lets them make their own decisions. The result is a largely referralbased business.

Holbrook's residential sales include the Conejo Valley, Malibu, Oak Park, Agoura, Moorpark, Calabasas, Simi Valley, Stevenson Ranch, Valencia, Castaic, San Fernando Valley, Porter Ranch, Oxnard and Camarillo.

Holbrook lives in Oak Park and is the managing director of First Light Players, a contemporary Christian Theater for the community.
