Likes Joe Gibson

I received an election mailer from Linda Parks and took notice of the people that are supporting her for reelection for Ventura County Supervisor Second District. I was amazed at how few of our locally elected past or incumbent officials are supporting her. It seems that most of the elected officials supporting her come from Los Angeles County, while most of the past and current elected officials here in the Second District are supporting Joe Gibson.

Could it be that those elected officials here in the Second District can't work with her? Or that she just does not understand the needs of the Second District? Or maybe those Los Angeles County supporters are supporting her because she could be counted on to support those needs of Los Angeles County at the expense of Ventura County?

In any case she has not met the needs of leadership that is needed here in the Second District.
