Local firm agrees to merger

Principle Based Leadership, an Agoura Hills company, announced that it has agreed to a merger with Accsellerate, LLC. Following the completion of the merger on May 30, the new company will be called Principle Based Enterprises.

Principle Based Leadership specializes in leadership training and development, succession planning, online assessments and web-based coaching for businesses and individuals.

"We are looking forward to combining the skills, client

base and technology of both companies under one roof," said John Gardner, executive vice president and cofounder of Principle Based Leadership.

The company was founded in 2005 by Art Hobba, John Gardner and Sharon Hobba.

Principle Based Leadership will become the first part of the Principle Based Enterprsies line of organizational development solutions.
