Slam 'N' Jam good time

I would like to take a moment and thank the sponsors, players and restaurant participants of the Slam 'N' Jam Fest presented by the Friends of Oak Park Schools on Sun., April 23.

This basketball show featured the Harlem Ambassadors and the Oak Park Dream Team and was a terrific success. The restaurants that participated in the Taste in Oak Park were able to present themselves to many in the community that have not sampled their specialties before. If you saw the smiles on the faces of the kids during the game, it spoke volumes.
