Seminar for couples with young children

A seminar on "Emotional Fitness for Couples," designed for couples with young children, will be presented by Barton Goldsmith, PhD, from 10 a.m. to noon at the United Methodist Church of Westlake Village, 1049 S. Westlake Blvd., Westlake Village.

Goldsmith, a psychotherapist and relationship expert, writes the syndicated newspaper column "Emotional Fitness" which runs weekly in the Ventura County Star. He also hosts the "Emotional Fitness" broadcast on KCLU.

Registration is $25 per family and included a copy of Goldsmith's book, "Emotional Fitness for Couples."

Care for children up to age 10 will be provided with prior reservation.

The seminar is sponsored by the church's Christian Education Ministry.
