Sponsors sought for Chamber awards event

The nonprofit Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village Community Foundation is seeking sponsorship donations for the fourth annual Spirit of Community Awards Celebration. The donation will allow businesses to promote their presence in the area and also help honor community leaders.

The awards will recognize area educators, law enforcement agencies, fire protection agencies and armed forces for their promotion and preservation of the economic vitality and safety of the community. The event is funded through sponsorships, donations and ticket sales.

The awards celebration, which includes a dessert buffet and coffee bar, is scheduled from 7 to 9 p.m. Fri., June 9 at the Hyatt Westlake Plaza Hotel.

Sponsorship levels range from $250 to $700 and include company recognition at the event and in all press and print materials, as well as event tickets.
