Loving owner misses her pooch Critter Tails

LESSONS IN LOVE-Daizy the dog taught Jennilee Harrison of Old Agoura a lot about living and about love. LESSONS IN LOVE-Daizy the dog taught Jennilee Harrison of Old Agoura a lot about living and about love. I have been blessed with a wonderful family, a terrific joband a religious faith infused in meYet I always had a hole in my souwhich I thought was that normapart of life that kept me striving.

But everything changed when I was given a little toy fox terrienamed Daizy.

After her arrival, that hole in my soul started to fill. At first was ashamed, thinking, "Ohplease Lord, don't tell me the 'truth' is here in this little dog?" That progressed to a stage when was a little embarassed by my love for Daizy and the serenity igave to me. Finally, I came to a place of conviction, realizing ijust works for me.

Today, because of Daizy, I am animal crazy which explains why I moved to Old Agoura. There are people here like me, people who adore their animals, treat them like family, love them, nurture them and cry over them.

My animals are my kids. And one of the hardest parts of having them in our lives is the painful process of losing them.

Recently, my Daizy died too young and my heart pains for her. But I'm writing this to share that my life has been so much more rewarding, so much more loving, so much more complete because of a little dog.

Thank God a human angel brought me my Daizy when she did. Jenilee Harrison Old Agoura
