Farmers' Market celebration

For 20 years, the Ventura County Certified Farmers' Market at the downtown Ventura location has been bringing fresh fruit, vegetables and flowers directly from the local fields every Saturday morning. To commemorate this milestone, a 20year celebration will be presented from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Sat., May 6 at the Main Street Mini Park located between Oak and Palm streets in Ventura, adjacent to the market.

The celebration will include music, raffle drawings, exhibitors, local restaurants and fresh produce, flowers and fruits available for purchase. For information, call (805) 529-6266.
