Clinic adds two experts

Westlake Alternative Healthcare and its founder, acupuncturist Hope Ryf, LAc, are pleased to welcome two new health experts to the clinic.

Dr. Ruiquan Li, PhD, MS, is a doctor of Chinese medicine and acupuncture whose medical education includes 10 years of training in Chinese and Western medicine.

Li was the first person in China ever awarded a PhD in Chinese medicine ophthalmology. She has been practicing Chinese medicine for 24 years, specializing in eye health, pain management, gynecological problems, emotional disorders, skin care, and immune enhancement.

Monika Klein is a clinical nutritionist and lifestyle coach with more than 15 years' experience in clinical practice. She will be overseeing Westlake Alternative Healthcare's Ultra Lite Weight Management System.

Klein also specializes in treating food allergies, high cholesterol and hormonal imbalance, and runs detoxification programs. Her consultations include recommendations on diet, supplements, exercise and lifestyle.
