Ric Prete

Ric Prete, sales associate with the Coldwell Banker Westlake Village Promenade office, was recently congratulated by branch manager Frances Lewis for posting more than $5.9 million sales/listing transactions in March.

Prete is a Coldwell Banker distinguished International President's Premier 2005 sales associate, representing the top 1 percent of Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally, and currently ranked No. 4 for the first quarter of 2006 in the WLV Promenade office.

Prete has been a real estate professional for more than 16 years, a top producer currently ranking No. 22 among the top No. 50 of sales associates for the Southern California Northwest Region and a consistent recipient of the firm's distinguished International President's awards, having received the International President's Premier 2003 and 2004 as well as the International Presidents Elite 2002.

"Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, strong Negotiator," are frequently used descriptions when speaking with Prete's clients. Prete specializes in the marketing and sale of properties throughout Long Canyon, Simi Valley and the Conejo Valley.

Prete also holds the company's previews property specialist designation. To date only 5 percent of more than 90,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates have been awarded this designation. Prete is not only experienced in the sales of luxury properties but has also been trained to utilize Coldwell Banker's numerous marketing tools in representing his luxury property clients.

Prior to entering the real estate profession, Prete owned two of his own businesses. He is a graduate of San Diego State University with a business and real estate major.
