On April 29 and 30 the American Cancer Society will hold its Relay For Life at Agoura High School. I am hoping that our community will gather their friends, family and neighbors to form teams and join us in an event that will not only be fun, but will raise funds to help those who are suffering from cancer.

Starting at 10 a.m., teams will walk or run, relay style, around the track at Agoura High School. You can also take part in activities such as outdoor movies, live music, food, dancing, yoga classes, games and prizes. Bring your own tents, set up a campsite and spend the night under the stars. The event ends at 10 a.m. on Sunday.

Funds raised will support the American Cancer Society's local services for cancer patients and families.
