How fast is "just" in a 35 mph zone, Mary, 45, 55, 65?

You are not being "punished for living, working and breathing in this beautiful community." You are being punished for driving recklessly in this beautiful community. Many of my peers and I are tired of being overrun by busy (reckless) moms in SUVs. In my busy life, I try to avoid going out until after school starts and staying off the streets when school gets out.

Keep up the good work, Capt. Tom Martin and Lt. Smith and all you law enforcement officers.
