Dance, rock climbing offered

The Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center is offering a rock climbing class for children on Fridays beginning March 17.

The cost for the four-week session is $75. Please call for event time and age requirements.

The community center is also offering Israeli folk dancing from 7 to 11 p.m. Wednesdays. Participants will learn circle dances, line dances, and couple dances in classes taught by Israel Yakovee.

A beginning lesson will be offered at 7 p.m. followed by an intermediate lesson at 8 p.m. Open dancing begins at 9 p.m. The cost is $10 at the door.
