City council reorganizes The Calabasas City Council will reorganize at 7:30 p.m. on Wed., March 15 at Calabasas City Hall. After Mayor Barry Groveman steps down, Dennis Washburn, one of the original city council members, is scheduled to become mayor for the fourth time. James Bozajian is expected to be named mayor pro tem. Calabasas rotates the role of mayor every year among the five city council members.
