Local real estate promotion announced

Randall Kobata Randall Kobata has been promoted to the rank of principal at Lee & Associates-LA North/ Ventura Inc.

Last year, Kobata received Associate of the Year honors for the Calabasas firm. In 2005, Kobata's showcase transactions included the Commerce Center of Van Nuys, Tapo Business Park in Simi Valley and Ventura County's premier business hub, Cypress Pointe at Simi Valley Business Center, all industrial properties represented by Lee & Associates.

Kobata also had a hand in selling or leasing industrial properties in Chatsworth and Warner Center.

Los Angeles North/Ventura President Mike Tingus made the announcement at a recent awards ceremony in Calabasas.

The commercial real estate brokerage serves the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Conejo valleys from its offices in Sherman Oaks and Calabasas.
