Debbie Hake

Debbie Hake has been named branch manager of Paramount Rodeo Realty’s Westlake Village office by Syd Leibovitch, owner/broker. Debbie has 20 years of success in the Southern California real estate industry. A graduate of the University of Nebraska, she has a degree in education and has been a resident of Thousand Oaks since 1986.

First and foremost, Debbie is a people person. From her experience as a school teacher and retail manager, she fully understands that it is patience and dedication that reaches people.

Debbie earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) certification, is a Graduate of Realtor Institute and ePro, an advanced course in using the Internet for real estate. She is also a certified mediator.

She has served on various Conejo Valley Association of Realtors, MLS, and Scholar

hip and American Home Week committees and is the Ventura County Area/North Los Angeles area vice president of the Southern California CRS chapter.
