Basketball skills taught

The Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center is offering a year-round basketball league with the American Roundball Corporation. Participants will learn the fundamentals of basketball as they develop skills for the sport.

Each three-month session includes practices in the Community Center gymnasium, nine weeks of games with playoffs, clinics, facilities, uniform, bag, and ARC coaches.

Registration dates for the spring session are Wed., March 8 at 6:30 p.m. and Sat., March 11 at 4:30 p.m.

The cost is $410 for new players or $375 for returning players.

The competitive league begins March 19 and ends May 14, with games played on Sundays. Participants may sign up as a team or an individual. Registration may be made at 27040 Malibu Hills Road, Calabasas. For more information you may call Brandon Ferguson at (818) 880-2993.
