Area high schools test world knowledge


SMART STUDENTS—Westlake High School students, shown here, Carol Yu, Ashton Sherer, Annie Tigranyan and Ben Liu, compete in the 2006 Academic WORLDQUEST Championship hosted recently by the World Affairs Council of Ventura County. A team from Rio Mesa High School won the 100-question challenge by getting 84 correct in a test about international affairs.
