Pat Helton

Pat Helton, a broker associate with Coldwell Banker’s Westlake Promenade office, is the school team sponsor for Colina Middle School in Thousand Oaks. She has renewed her sponsorship for Colina by donating a school-to-parent outreach communication system valued at $10,000 for the fourth year. This technology system allows Principal Waters to contact all the parents of Colina with important messages in a matter of seconds.

In addition to the communication technology, Pat provides further support for Colina through a fundraising opportunity. Pat will donate $400 for any real estate transaction with, or referred by a Colina Middle family.

Pat is a former teacher and holds a master’s of science. She has been a leader in real estate sales in the Conejo Valley since 1985. She has ranked as International President’s Elite for 19 years. She is a licensed broker, a certified relocation and corporate property specialist.
