Calabasas agent joins Transwestern

Jonathan Larsen Jonathan Larsen Transwestern Commercial Services, one of the largest privately held, full-service commercial real estate firms in the U.S., recently announced its West Coast region has recruited an established team of tenant advisory specialists headed by Calabasas resident Jonathan Larsen. The team will spearhead Transwestern’s Southern California commercial real estate efforts out of the firm’s Los Angeles office.

“We are very pleased that Jonathan and his team are joining our expanding company in Los Angeles,” said George Garfield. ”This team is widely recognized as top tenant advisors in Southern California and represents a major addition to our operations.”

During his career, Larsen has been involved in several Los Angeles area real estate transactions valued at more than $1 billion.

Larsen spent eight years at CB Richard Ellis and had recently been a principal with Trammell Crow for more than 10 years, consistently ranked among the top real estate professionals with that firm. 

Larsen has resided in Calabasas since 1992. He has been an active volunteer coach in the Calabasas Youth Programs of Basketball and Baseball for more than 10 years. He is also an active coach in Agoura Pony baseball and a former Cub Scout den leader.
