Brent Davis

Congratulations, to Coldwell Banker sales associate Brent Davis for receiving the Conejo Valley’s 2005 Realtor of the Year award. Ret. Col. Davis was introduced and presented the award by former CVAR Realtor of the Year, Peter Greer, at a recent reception. The Conejo Valley Association of Realtors award is in appreciation of a splendid record of service and high ethical business relations, thereby symbolizing the aims and ideals of the real estate profession.

Davis is an honest, hardworking former Massachusetts resident who graduated from Ohio Wesleyan. Brent consistently shows support towards his Coldwell Banker Westlake Village Promenade office and his past. He “speaks very highly of coworkers and has great respect for the manager,” Greer said. He is a volunteer recruiter for his alma mater and helps his marine family with their annual Toys for Tots drive.

Greer summed up CVAR’s fortune best, “The marines couldn’t keep him so we got him”.
