Rose Society offers advice on winter rose pruning

The Ventura County Rose Society will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thurs., Jan. 26 at the Cowan Conference Center, 550 Airport Way, Camarillo.

Featured speaker Scott Klittich of Otto & Sons Nursery in Fillmore will discuss and demonstrate “How to Prune Roses.” The meeting will also feature a panel comprised of Rose Society members who will share success stories about roses suitable for specific areas such as coastal, inland coastal and inland hotter areas.
