Future Foundation to host Senior Congress on healthy aging The Conejo/Las Virgenes Future Foundation (CLVFF) will host its second Senior Congress from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wed., Feb. 1, at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 1 W. Avenida De Los Arboles in Thousand Oaks. A light lunch will be served. The topic for this year’s congress is “Healthy Aging: What You Need to Do.” Admission is free, but seating is limited. Advance reservations must be obtained by calling CLVFF at (818) 880-1054. “Maintaining good health is of major importance to seniors and is essential for quality of life in the later years,” said Fran Brough, CLVFF executive director.
