Terry Moerler

At the recent Conejo Valley Association of Realtors luncheon honoring local realtors for their community voluntarism, Terry Moerler of Aviara Real Estate received the 2005 Community Service Award. The award is given in appreciation of an outstanding record of community service and promoting and symbolizing the aims and ideals of the real estate profession.

Terry has been a successful realtor in the Conejo Valley since 1979. She has been involved with numerous organizations and charities. She has been recognized as Rotarian of the Year by Westlake Sunrise Rotary, a recipient of the Make a Difference award, and the recipient of the Outstanding Volunteer for Manna Food Bank, among others.

Terry enjoys sharing her real estate knowledge and expertise with her peers. She speaks several times a year around the country and donates 100 percent of any speaking honorariums to local charities. She has made charitable contributions exceeding $50,000, as well as collecting thousands of cans of food for food banks around the country.
