Lowe’s will be a welcome addition

I’m a Westlake Village resident writing to voice my support for the Town Center at Westlake Village. I am absolutely thrilled to welcome Lowe’s into my community and I look forward to spending more time enjoying my Westlake Village community and less time trekking back and forth to other home improvement stores farther away.

I’m particularly troubled by the amount of misinformation being circulated by opponents of the Town Center project. Residents should understand that we only have two options: a huge office complex or the Town Center. The truth about traffic is that it will be heavier at the worst possible times with an office complex. Also, our streets were built for this kind of development. We’re ready.

I urge the city council to support this project because it’s good for our community. Susan Nagy Westlake Village
