Record rains fall in Las Virgenes Valley
STREAM OF CONSCIOUSNESS—The heavy rainfall from last winter fills Malibu Creek to the brim. In the Las Virgenes Valley and in Calabasas, where official measurements are kept, about 30 inches fell, causing the wettest season on record. In related news, the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District received a new permit in November for the Tapia Water Reclamation Facility. |
